For every trade agreed, new product launched, new market (read country) entered, and transaction completed, Operations enables the business to achieve its goals.
The Business Operations Associate Role at Fincra is great for anyone who loves working in a fast-paced environment and managing the day-to-day operations of a business that keeps it growing. You will support the Head of Operations in the daily management of the company through efficient execution.
In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders within the company including Settlement Team Finance Manager, Product Manager, Treasurer, Compliance Officer, Head of Business.
Head of Operations
What you will be doing every day
Manage designated operational processes as required.
Support day-to-day business operations, ensuring timely and accurate outputs. Make adjustments as necessary to accommodate changing priorities, meet deadlines, and effectively organize tasks.
Serve as the first point of contact for other internal teams within the company around business operations.
Researching and creating business intelligence reports to enhance strategic decisions.
Assist in troubleshooting problems and issues as they relate to daily operational activities.
Support the Head of Operations with the enforcement of company policies and standards.
Liaise with Customers for onboarding, Inquiries, and issue resolution where required.
Assist with research for market strategies for new countries we are looking to launch in; including desk review of sector needs, stakeholder analysis, and review and editing of the strategy document.
Compile and maintain data needed to effectively monitor and report the status of various operational projects.
Execute special projects, including developing strategies and tactics for implementation, monitoring of effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvements, to continuously improve our processes, product, and customer experience.
Review existing business processes and company policies to help enhance workflow and develop a stronger company.
Prepare Meeting Reports & Ensure Proper Documentation of all Operational Processes.
